“It is refreshing to find a knowledgeable, professional, honest and reliable company. I needed a pressure tank and well pump to replace my 27 year old system. Job was quoted and replaced within a week. Montana treated me like a valued customer ensuring I understood my system while he stayed focused on the job. “Would be no stars, but there are two pros of using this company… pros: 1. Accurate and fair billing. 2. Had a free estimate for a new well to be drilled. The cons were much worse and wanted to write a review as a warning to other potential customers, as there were no other honest reviews with our experience. Cons: 1. Took 2 1/2 weeks to complete(not including sanitizing). 2. NO COMMUNICATION about when they were coming- we had to call them about everything. 3. Lack of hard work/workers. Never stayed more than 5-6 hours in a day and always had excuses as to why there weren’t more employees. 4. Subpar equipment that kept being broken or broken down. 5. Bad electrical work- not professionally installed and just hanging down. 6. Huge mess left. They only tried to clean it up after I said something, otherwise a hug pile of sand would have been left in front of my front door. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”

“When we had an emergency with our well, we called Thompson Well Drilling. We were very impressed with the results. He responded quickly and determined the problem. He was able to explain what needed to be done and then within a couple of hours was able to correct the problem, but also carefully replaced the soil and did all the clean up needed. We would certainly call him in the future and highly recommend him.”

“Montana was able to find an affordable solution to my well issue. I had water in less than 2 hours after they arrived. Another well company overcharged me for a bladder tank that I most likely didn't need without really looking over the system. Highly recommend, Very reasonable price and great service!
